ARRL Audiovisual Library
ARRL videotapes are available to registered instructors,
affiliated clubs and ARRL members. Use is free, the only cost
being return shipping. Programs may not be shown for financial
gain. Borrowers agree to:
1) Make requests at least one month in advance. You must use
form CSD-20 or EAD-20, available from the ARRL Educational
Activities Department.
2) Indicate the video number and format type. Use "U" for
U-matic and "V" for VHS (e.g. VT-3-V).
3) Give a street address for UPS delivery.
4) Request only one selection per month. The large demand for
programs makes this necessary so that everyone gets a chance.
5) List two alternate choices and/or dates on each form.
Ocassionaly your selection may be unavailable.
6) Return Programs to ARRL via UPS or Registered Mail. Include
your return mailing address and retain a shipping receipt in case
the package must be traced.
7) When returning programs inform us of any needed repairs.
8) Rewind videotapes.
9) Videos must be mailed on or before the "mail by" date on the
confirmation slip. Failure to do so means you have upset
someone's class or club program.
10) Feel free to make a copy to keep for future use as long as
you can meet the return date deadline.
